Fred Bean is Vice President of Hotel Business Development, Cendant Travel Distribution Services. Before Cendant, Bean worked for Travelweb. In this role, he helped Travelweb to become the largest (number of participating hotels) hotel distribution company at a record pace with more than 13,000 hotels.

Mr. Bean and his sales team are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with leading hoteliers eager to join Cendant's distribution network. Mr. Bean has also worked at Travelocity.com where he was senior manager for their merchant model vacations product. Prior to Travelocity.com, he spent six years in the hospitality technology and online distribution industry with WorldRes.com, Sabre, and Hyatt Hotels, holding positions in reservation sales, customer service, call center management, operations, product management, systems development, and sales engineering.
