Hacienda Tres Ríos Welcomes Intelity’s ICE Into Guest Suites

ORLANDO, Fla. | Intelity, an innovator of interactive hospitality technology, announces the continuation of its international rollout today with the addition of its newest customer, Hacienda Tres Ríos, a 273 suite resort at the forefront of environmental development and host to this year’s World Travel Awards. Located in Riviera Maya, Mexico, Hacienda Tres Ríos is a leader in sustainable tourism. By incorporating Intelity’s Interactive Customer Experience™(ICE) into the resort, Tres Ríos will decrease its environmental footprint while increasing revenue and efficiencies. ICE is a revolutionary in-room solution and backend monitoring system that organizes, tracks and measures all hotel activity at the touch of a button. With a customizable, branded interface, ICE allows hotel guests to arrange all services instantly via a touch screen from their guest room, laptop or mobile device.

“As we strive to maximize resources and reduce our impact on the environment, working with Intelity was a natural fit,” said Annie Arroyo, Brand Director for Tres Ríos. “It allows us to be nearly 100 percent paperless while increasing guest satisfaction through quality and efficient service.”

Offering a paperless alternative to the traditional in-room compendium, ICE features real-time updates for room service menus, resort amenities and area attractions, keeping all information current for guests. Beyond the compendium components, ICE schedules activities, including spa treatments and dinner reservations, arranges services, such as room service and valet, and allows users to customize their language preference so all guests benefit from this solution, no matter what country they call home. But the biggest advantage to the resort will be the backend monitoring system, ICE Control System (ICS). ICS tracks resort activity, staff efficiency and its own return on investment.

The customized ICE interface will be installed in Hacienda Tres Ríos this summer, in time for the World Travel Awards in September.

Intelity, headquartered in Orlando, Fla., is a hospitality software solution company focused on the self-service marketplace. Currently, Intelity is distributing ICE and its corresponding ICE Control System, “ICS”, backbone system to hotel and resort partners. Intelity designs its software/hardware products with a focus on guest service, quality feedback and direct consumer marketing.
